Nice large Provencal house fully restored with taste, offering a comfortable atmosphere in a quiet residential area of Grasse, the capital of perfume. The furniture is of high quality, and everything is looked after with great care. A lovely and intimate heated pool is nestled in the large garden, planted with trees. The house is ideally oriented and the terraces are either shaded or bathed in sunlight. Although situated in a very quiet environment, the town centre is only a 15-minute walk away and shops are about half a mile away. This house is the perfect location for a great holiday: Cannes and the sea are 12 miles away, the mountain and the beautiful authentic villages 18 miles away, the Gorges du Verdon a little further. And if you just want to laze around, well, you can too!
Please note that the access to the property has a bend impossible to be passed by motorhome, ideal normal car, not too low

INSIDE
You enter the house through a living room with a fireplace and new sofas. The fully equipped kitchen provides a large table and opens onto the dining room, extended by a very practical back-kitchen. To the right of the living room is a toilet and a superb library. A staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first and second floors. The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, a TV, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with toilet and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The second floor consists of a spacious attic with two bedrooms with TV (one double and two single beds) with a privacy curtain. They are opposite to each other and separated by a small living room, a bathroom with toilet and a large dressing room for your comfort and intimacy.
On the garden level, the house features a large stand alone studio with a King Size bed, a small kitchen, a dining area, a wall-mounted TV and a shower room with toilet and a small play-room / library.

OUTSIDE
The property is located on one acre of terraced field planted with many Mediterranean and southern species. Several patios complete with tables, chairs and garden furniture are available for your use, in the shade or in the sun. Guests can laze on the sun loungers around the heated swimming pool from April to November. Everything is very neat, and has the atmosphere and the typical charm of the old country houses of the French Riviera. The house boasts a 180 ° view of the hills and the sunsets are absolutely stunning.
