If you work with us, you are relieved of all booking management and you are always paid before the start of the rental period. We're here to relieve you of the ever-increasing administrative tasks involved in finding a tenant, drawing up the rental conditions and the contract, including all the follow-up e-mails, managing the rent and dealing with any problems the tenant may encounter during their stay –, but also to make your property more visible using a range of professional marketing tools. Our agency specialising in holiday rentals publishes your holiday accommodation on multiple platforms, on major sites such as Airbnb and HomeAway, as well as on lesser-known platforms to increase visibility. Of course, your holiday properties are also featured on our own holiday rental site for direct bookings.

Rates and commission
The rent is fixed by contract and paid to you before the tenants arrive. We add our commission to it.
Reservation and calendar
The booking schedule is updated in real time. You are immediately informed of any bookings. We ask you to manage your own bookings with the greatest attention in your private space on our site.
Insurance
Our insurance pays for damage to movable property (taking into account its residual value), and real estate belonging to the owner of the rented property, up to a limit of €5,000, with invoice, applying an excess of €50. You will be asked to pay a contribution per contract.
Exclusivity
No compulsory exclusivity, but the possibility of limited exclusivity until 31 March each year, giving advantages such as advertising on major international portals, no insurance costs, priority given to your property, etc.

For additional costs, it is advisable to include these services in your rental prices because large platforms are increasingly requesting this option, following consultation with customers who do not want to pay fees on top of the already substantial rent, especially since the tourist tax further increases their holiday budget.
