Halfway between Saint-Savournin and Gréasque, this villa is the last house in a small, quiet and discreet housing estate. It is ideally located for excursions between the Mediterranean Sea (30 km away), Montagne Sainte-Victoire and Aix-en-Provence (20 km away). Marseille is well worth a visit, especially since it was named European Capital of Culture in 2013. Mont Aurélien, the Garlaban massif so dear to Marcel Pagnol, the calanques of Cassis and the extraordinary Route des Crêtes linking Cassis to La Ciotat and leading up to the Cap Canaille ridge are all exceptionally beautiful places to visit.

INTERIOR
The entrance leads into a wide hallway which, on the right, leads to a large living/dining room with two large, comfortable sofas and armchairs facing the fireplace and TV, and a dining table next to one of the two French windows opening onto the terrace. To the left, a pretty contemporary kitchen with a central island is well equipped. On the same level, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with king-size double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom, as well as a second air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and integrated shower room. A wooden staircase, secured by a handrail, leads to the first floor. A small mezzanine doubles as a charming lounge. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed, share a bathroom and separate WC. All windows are fitted with fly screens.

EXTERIOR
At the end of the small housing estate, behind the electric gate, the house backs onto a hill and nestles in a beautiful green setting. The heated swimming pool has a water beach measuring 4 m by 1 m, approximately 40 cm deep, with comfortable sun loungers all around. There are plenty of shady spots where you can spend precious moments reading or taking a siesta. The covered terrace runs along most of the front. The barbecue is an electric plancha for fire protection. The enclosed car park can accommodate 3 cars.

OUR OPINION
A well-maintained, well-kept house with modern decor. The bedrooms have good storage space. The surroundings are pleasant. Calm and discretion are the watchwords here. The beaches of Cassis and La Ciotat are only a half hour's drive away.
