The Alpilles villages of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Eygalières and Maussane are all within easy reach. Avignon is just 12 km away.

INSIDE
On the ground floor, the villa has a living kitchen with a high table and stools, opening onto the lounge/TV room with two elegant sofas. Three French windows give access to the terrace and garden on the pool side. There is a lovely view of the Montagnette hill. There is also a separate WC, a storeroom and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the terrace. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The third has 2 single beds. A bathroom and WC, both separate, complete the accommodation.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

OUTSIDE
Fully enclosed, the 850 m² plot has an automatic gate and parking spaces for cars. The garden has plenty of greenery and flowers. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace in the shade of a large parasol, or relax on the deckchairs by the pool.

This fully air-conditioned and well-equipped villa is located in a peaceful village, around 20 km from Les Alpilles and 10 km from Avignon. It will be the starting point for many wonderful walks and discoveries during your holidays.
