This typical quarry stone country house reflects the whole spirit of Provence and has been lovingly equipped with all modern conveniences. Halfway between Avignon and Arles, in the village of Eygalières, surrounded by the most charming areas of the Alpilles, you will spend a quiet holiday in a beautiful and spacious house. L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, 27 km away, is a recommended excursion for lovers of antiques and art galleries, but also for those who just want to have a drink along the pretty canals, mostly decorated with flowers.
The cottage is attached to the left, but this does not restrict or disturb your privacy.There is no passage through the gate, which remains closed at all times.

INSIDE
consists of five bedrooms, each with a large double bed. One has an adjoining shower room with an industrial-style sliding door, another has an integrated shower room, the third has an adjoining shower room with WC and the fourth has a separate bathroom, with WC. Finally, to get to the fifth bedroom, which is on the gallery, you pass through a separate shower room. On the left side of the hall is a living room with a pool table and further a bedroom with a large double bed and an integrated shower room. To the right is the TV-lounge, a dining room with a fireplace sitting lounge, then further on a row the eat-in kitchen with access to the covered terrace. Stairs from the kitchen lead to a dormitory with 5 single beds, a spacious integrated bathroom (3 showers and 4 washbasins) and private WC, as well as to a bedroom with large double bed, integrated bathroom and private WC.

OUTSIDE
A manual gate opens onto this large property, whose park near the cottage is lawned and provides a large swimming pool, a pool house, an outdoor shower and a boules track. A covered terrace of 40 m2 runs alongisde the kitchen, however an inviting stone table with two benches under the centenary plane tree is also a place much appreciated on fine days.

OUR OPINION
Provençal country house, completely renovated, offering spacious rooms furnished with simple elegance. It is definitively a lush enjoyment to meet with family or friends in such a beautiful holiday home. Highly recommended!
