INSIDE
On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the 24 m² master bedroom suite on the left, featuring a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet; a separate toilet; and the 90 m² living area, which comprises a lounge/dining room and a modern, well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Two sofas that convert into double beds are situated in the lounge. Upstairs, the two large bedrooms open onto the terrace with unobstructed views of the countryside and the swimming pool. One has a large double bed, and the other has a double bed. A shower room with toilet completes the facilities. A single folding bed on castors can be set up in one of the bedrooms at your convenience. The villa features underfloor heating and cooling on the ground floor, and is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

OUTSIDE
An automatic gate opens onto the large grounds planted with olive trees. You will enjoy the beautiful saltwater swimming pool, complete with a roller shutter and easy-access steps. The terrace extends across the entire front of the villa on the pool side. Partially covered, it features a dining area. You can play pétanque on the path behind the house.
