In addition to its ideal location with unobstructed sea views, from this exceptional villa, a variety of entertainment options are possible : the proximity to the sea provides a lot of sports facilities as well as sightseeing tours in nearby towns such as Cannes, Nice, Antibes and Grasse. With the numerous beaches along the Baie des Anges, you'll have a good choice. Monaco is only 25 km for a side trip and to the Italian border, Ventimiglia is just 42 km away.
But if you'd rather need some relaxation, the house is well kept, set in a quiet location with pleasant volumes and held in soft colours.Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden and the inviting pool further below round the things off.

INSIDE
The entrance to the house is located on the middle level between the two floors, a visitors toilet is available. Below is the spacious living area with the well-equipped American kitchen righthand, as well as the dining room, which opens onto the terrace, where you can enjoy eating outside thanks to the dining area there. To the left you access the inviting, cosy living room, brightly flooded thanks to the huge terrace patio doors.
On the upper floor are three bedrooms, the first of which is air-conditioned, furnished with a large double bed and features an adjoining bathroom and a terrace from which you have a beautiful outlook on the sea, the garden and the pool. The second room is furnished with a large double bed, the third with a double bed and additionally, on the gallery there is a single bed for children. A study with television, a shower room and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor.

OUTSIDE
The beautiful villa is situated on a 2150 m² fenced plot with a large car park, closed by an automatic gate. On the two terraces alongside the living area you can take your meals or relax in the shade. From there you have a beautiful view over the very pleasant garden and the pool, which can be secured for kids with a removable fence. Sun loungers all around invite you to soak up the sun after a refreshing dip in the water. Nothing is missing from the first class outdoor furnishings and everything is tastefully laid out.

OUR OPINION
Exceptional accommodation of prestigious standard, very charming in a quiet, privileged setting on the Côte d'Azur. We were delighted by the gentle and relaxed atmosphere that prevailed there, combined with an impeccable upkeep. One of the unmissable morning rendez-vous during your stay will certainly be the famous flower market in the old town of Nice, before heading to the beaches and tasting the delicious specialities of the local cuisine after a relaxing break.
