Just 1 km from Monteux and 5 km from Carpentras, this beautiful villa with Provencal airs, large green spaces and an old-fashioned basin-style swimming pool awaits you for a quality holiday in which its comfortable layout and good taste will satisfy you. Surrounded by Avignon (25 km) and Mont Ventoux (40 km), the property is ideally located to discover the variety of views of the region: Gordes on the southern slops of Monts du Vaucluse, the ochre deposit of Rousillon, the Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for antiques and fairs with the Sorgue canals running through it... As a family or part of a group of friends, you can escape to the Monteux aquatic park, Splashworld.

INSIDE
The ground floor includes the very well equipped living-kitchen, a dining room, a large lounge with stone fireplace, as well as a storeroom/laundry room with a separate WC. Upstairs there is a beautiful library on the landing which leads to the three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third has a large double bed with an adjoining bathroom. On this floor, there is also a bathroom and a separate WC.

OUTSIDE
With nothing overlooking it, and all the privacy you need, you can enjoy the magnificent, well-maintained and tree lined lawn to relax... A swing is provided for the children. You can also play a match of pétanque before enjoying the aperitif in the pool house specially designed for this with a bar counter and sofa. Or on the outdoor terrace covered by an arbour which houses beautiful outdoor- furniture , table and chairs. The big swimming pool, which looks like a natural basin, has a submerged shelf which is ideal for relaxing and provides children with joy. You can let yourself be lulled by the soft noise of the water from the fountain. A second covered terrace, adjacent to the dining room, is furnished so you can share lovely meals as a family or among friends.
