You arrive in Callas by taking a nice road that will make you discover this beautiful region of the Var known for its forests, hillsides with vineyards, typical villages, wild gorges and preserved nature in a relaxing setting. The villa, located on the top of a hill, is very comfortable and functional, as it is practically on the same level. It offers a dominant view over the village of Callas, the countryside, the surrounding hills and down to the sea while enjoying total privacy and calm.
Sporty people, nature-lovers and sun-worshippers will be delighted, especially as the sea is 35 km away, Saint-Tropez and its beaches 50 km away.

INSIDE
The house is on three levels but only the ground floor is dedicated to living. The entrance is either through the kitchen on the north side or through the living room on the south side. The interior space is divided into two parts. The first part consists of a vast living space brightly light through large sliding windows. The modern kitchen is new and well equipped, the dining room, living room and office are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated.
The night area is accessed from the living room through a door opening onto a corridor leading to the 3 bedrooms, the shower room and separate toilet. One bedroom is equipped with two single beds, the two others with a king size bed and one of them has a small private shower and washbasin area. The beautiful shower room with double washbasin and toilet completes the equipment. Comfort enhancing details have not been forgotten such as mosquito nets and fans in the bedrooms, excellent bed quality or adjustable music throughout the house.

OUTSIDE
The parking is on the garden level and a wide staircase leads up to the terraces and the house. The property is completely enclosed and is embellished with a beautiful olive grove, palm trees and yuccas. Large and beautiful terraces, from where the view is splendid, surround the house. There is also a field for playing boules. The swimming pool area and its deckchairs with a small pool-house benefits from optimum sunshine.
