5 km from Noves and only 2 km from the basic shops, ideally positioned between the Regional nature park of the Alpilles and that of the Luberon, this pretty and modern villa has been recently renovated, semi-detached to the left but without causing any disturbance or affecting privacy. The ideal setting of the house also invites you to visit two of the most beautiful villages in France : Les Baux-de-Provence (20 km) and Gordes (30 km).

INSIDE
You enter the house through the large, air-conditioned living room with, to the right, the American kitchen, the dining room and the TV/living lounge behind. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine, which serves as a game room. To the left is a bedroom with a large double bed and an integrated, fully equipped bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with a large double bed, furthermore finally the third bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet.

OUTSIDE
The plot is quite small but beautifully landscaped and offers a heated pool as well as an outdoor shower. The barbecue area is very appreciated and the terrace, which is covered with a sun awning, invites you to have your meals in front of the pool, which is always a very pleasant moment. In front of the villa you will have a carport for two cars and a boules track at your disposal.
