If you need to recharge your batteries, this landhouse in the countryside is ideal as you will not be disturbed. For basic shops, Vaugines and Cucuron are 1 km away. Do not miss out on discovering the atmosphere of the Provençal restaurants around Cucuron's pond, a place to gather under the cool of the plane trees. La Roque-d'Anthéron, 16 km away, is known for its international piano festival, which takes place from mid-July to mid-August. The streets of Lourmarin, 6 km away, are a real pleasure to stroll through or to take an aperitif.
It should be noted that access to the house is by way of an unmade track around 300m long and on the plot 2 cats are living. IT IS TO BE ADVISED that the lower level of the house with separate access is occupied by a single person, but who does not use the pool; so this does neither disturb nor interfere with your privacy in any way. SHE WILL BE AWAY FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF AUGUST.

INSIDE
You enter via a living room made up of a kitchen and a lounge with TV. The ground floor also has a dining room, a lounge, a bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and TV, and an integrated shower room with WC.

OUTSIDE
The 27,000 m2 prettily wooded property is not enclosed, but the 20 m2 courtyard in front of the dining room and 100 m2 on the left side of the farmhouse are enclosed. The lovely swimming pool, a bit below on the grounds, enjoys a large space surrounded by a natural hedge and is appreciated for relaxation or children's games. You can stroll at your leisure in the surrounding countryside.

OUR OPINION
Sheltered by the mountain range of the southern Luberon, this property is ideal for those seeking calm and total privacy. But what about to improve your knowledge in oenology ? There are Guided tours across the vineyards with final tasting proposed in this area, around the hilltop village of Cucuron. Also, it is recommended going to discover the enchanting setting of Lourmarin, an emblematic Luberon village, with its Renaissance château.
