INSIDE
The interior is comfortable and very neat, furnished with taste. From the terrace, you enter at the ground level into a large living room with the kitchen separated from the dining room by a bar, and then the living/TV room. On the same level, two bedrooms with large double bed are available, one of which has opposite a large Italian shower room and the second, with direct access to the outside, an integrated bathroom . To the west, a large lawn is extended by the beautiful pool secured and equipped with an outdoor shower. A comfortable sheltered summer lounge is tastefully furnished. Not far away, a second shelter for relaxing moments is available. The garden is beautifully landscaped with lavender and Provencal essences.
You have a one car garage and the outdoor parking is vast. The fence is natural because the rock and the hill are inaccessible.
