At 500 m, the Beaucaire section of the "Voie Verte du Pont-du-Gard" allows you to walk, bike or roll o 14 km between Beaucaire and Sernhac.

A small lane leads you to the completely fenced property closed by an electric gate ; on the plot of over 2000 m², lawn and well planted mediterranean species provide a charming atmosphere outside. You can park four cars, two under shelter and the children will have large playgrounds. On the east side of the house, the remarkable beach of the fenced pool with its fully equipped pool house, can be used as a relaxation area or make enjoy the dining area with its gas griddle. Adjoining the pool house, there is a separate toilet and a solar shower. A boules- track and a ping-pong table are at your disposal.
The hob is a gas stove with electric oven.

The house is entered through a hall with 8 steps down to the laundry and a shower room. You can access the night part 7 steps up. There are two bedrooms with a large double bed each, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with WC and a separate toilet. The ground floor comprises a large living room with lounge and open kitchen, adjoining the air-conditioned veranda which serves as dining-room.
The store room is the laundry room facing the entrance 8 steps down.
