Wir hoffen, es geht Ihnen gut. Gerne geben wir Ihnen wieder unser Feedback zu unseren Ferien. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Elison sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, der Garten und Pool ebenfalls. Es ist alles vorhanden, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir wurden von den beiden Schwägerinnen der Besitzerin herzlich empfangen. Allerdings machte es uns den Eindruck, dass sie die Übergabe des Hauses noch nicht häufig gemacht haben. Es war sehr mühsam, sie hatten endlose Listen, auf denen der Zustand der einzelnen Zimmer (alle Komponenten aufgelistet) angegeben werden sollte. Wir haben gesagt, dass wir sicher nicht alles prüfen und wir noch nie so eine komplizierte Übernahme eines Hauses hatten. Auch bei Fragen nach Funktionen wurden wir auf Bedienungsanleitungen verwiesen. Wir haben dann alle Formulare unterzeichnet und auch die wichtigsten Informationen hartnäckig erfragt. Die beiden Damen waren sehr nett, es war aber sehr anstrengend und hat fast 1,5 Stunden gedauert. Bei der Rückgabe haben wir versichert, dass alles genau so in Ordnung ist, wie wir das Haus übernommen haben und sie waren soweit zufrieden, sie wollten lediglich die unterschriebene Kaution behalten. Inzwischen haben wir aber ein Mail der Besitzerin, dass sie den Beleg vernichten wird. Auch war mein Mann mit den Grillmöglichkeiten nicht sehr glücklich. Bei der Plancha auf der Terrasse war eine genaue Anleitung für die Reinigung, das war uns definitiv zu kompliziert. Der Aussenkamin war mit einem Brett verschlossen und nicht gebrauchsbereit, resp. nicht sauber. Beim unteren Sitzplatz war ein kleiner Schwenkgrill, diesen konnten wir benutzen – allerdings für mehr als 2 Personen kann man hier kaum grillen.

Auch möchten wir erwähnen, dass ein Haus in dieser Grösse mehr als eine Toilette haben sollte. Für uns mit nur 2 Personen war das kein Problem, bei Vollbesetzung ist das sicher ein Manko.

Leider war ganz Nîmes eine grosse Baustelle und das Durchfahren der Stadt richtig ein Horror. Wir wollten eigentlich die Römerstadt etwas erkunden, haben das aber noch einem Versuch bleiben lassen und uns auf die Umgebung konzentriert. Für dieses Jahr ist also Nîmes nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Trotz dieser kleinen Minuspunkte hatten wir wieder einen traumhaften Urlaub. Sicher werden wir bei kommenden Provence-Ferien wieder auf Sie zukommen.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour ,la maison est très bien équipée et agréable . Très bon accueil.

Juste à noter : les nombreux escaliers rendant difficile, l'accès aux personnes à mobilité restreinte ou réduite.

Facing the large metal gate, there is a 2-car shelter, very much appreciated in summer. Stairs lead you to the patio furnished with a beautiful table for outdoor meals. This patio, near the kitchen, is sheltered from the sun by a shade sail. Below, a large space surrounds the beautiful square heated infinity pool. In the garden below, an old fig tree overshadows the dining area of the outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven, a fridge, a sink, and a plancha. On the upper part of the garden, a wooden shed and a lawn are to enjoy the kids.

You enter a large room featuring the kitchen with its island unit, complete with table and stools for dining in and the cozy lounge with a sofa and a chaise longe. This floor also features the laundry room.
On the lower level, there are two bedrooms with double beds each from where you can access to a balcony and 1 independant shower room. A toilet and shower, both independent, are located just down the stairs. There is also the master bedroom with a large double bed, a dressing room, an integrated shower-room and flat screen TV. It overlooks the pool terrace which can be accessed by a large sliding glass door.
