This stone farmhouse is very well situated, 5 km from the Pont du Gard aqueduct and the Gardon Gorges, where you can engage in many activities such as rock climbing, canoeing/kayaking, horse riding and more. The ever-lively town of Uzès is 9 km away. There is a vending machine in the village for bread and croissants, but for more choice there are shops at Remoulins or Uzès. At the rear, the house adjoins that of the very discreet owners, who make a point of ensuring complete independence for their guests.

The plot is fully enclosed and has space to park one car. The landhouse has a beautiful courtyard in which to relax and features a swimming pool to delight the children.
Entry is via the kitchen, which leads to a lounge on the left and, to the right, a dining room with a single bed that also serves as a sofa. There is also a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an adjoining shower room with WC.
