Note6/6Par Mas de l'Esquirou - 0337-01-01Très agréable maison, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et décorée avec goût dans un environnement très tranquille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, la grande table sous les figuiers où nous avons pris tous nos repas, ainsi que la clim au rez-de-chaussée.
L'accueil a été très chaleureux par l'intendante, avec en prime, deux bouteilles de vin en guise de bienvenue. Le sympathique voisin qui s'occupait de la piscine était à la fois discret et de bon conseil pour découvrir la région.
Pas grand chose à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos trois enfants et nous y retournerions volontiers.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au Mas de l'Esquirou. Tout était parfait. Le jardin est très agréable. Nous avons eu chaud les deux dernières nuits étant donné que la chambre à coucher se trouve sous le toit et ne bénéficie pas de l'air conditionné.
Note6/6Par Mas de l'Esquirou - 0337-01-01Ein ganz tolles Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und unglaublich viel Platz! Schöne Holzterrasse mit Liegen und großem Swimmingpool! Liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abseits, aber viele Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen im Umkreis von 1h Autofahrt (Nimes, Orange, Avignon, Pont du Gard...). Auch Uzes ist sehr schön und hat zwei große Supermärkte und viele schöne Restaurants.
Note6/6Par Mas de l'Esquirou - 0337-01-01Nous avons constatés la présence de toiles d’araraignée au plafond (vélux) et des insectes morts dans le hall au 1er étage.

Aussi, nous vous informons que le responsable de l’entretien de la piscine est passée le mardi durant notre absence. A notre retour, en début d’aaprès-midi, nous avons constaté le robot à l’interieur dela piscine. Voyant les heures s’écoulées et ne voyant toujours pas le technicien arrivé, nous avons pris la décision d’enlever le robot, ceci afin de profiter de la piscine. Jusqu’à notre départ, nous n’avons plus revu le technicien.

Hormis ces points, nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette belle maison.

Note6/6Par Mas de l'Esquirou - 0337-01-01Wir waren zu viert plus 2 Hunden in dieser traumschönen Mas. Wir haben uns dort absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gelungen renoviert und urgemütlich, man hat sehr viel Platz und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Garten ist ein Traum., alles eingezäunt und somit super für die Hunde. On Top kommt noch der tolle Pool. Es fehlt einem an nichts ?????? Zumal wenn man wie wir, auch jeden Tag Temperaturen um die 30 Grad hatte. Was man wohl wissen sollte: Man muss schon immer viel fahren, um irgendwo hinzukommen. Es liegt doch ziemlich weit außerhalb .

Our opinion : This successfully renovated and beautiful home offers a delightful holiday - and we haven't even mentioned the opportunities for sport and leisure in the Cévennes mountains, or the canoeing and kayaking at Collias, or the abundance of lovely towns and villages to discover all over the region, such as Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon...

This attractive, all-stone farmhouse boasts well-landscaped grounds with a lovely heated swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is a spot that is ideal for reading or having a bite to eat in the shade of half a dozen hundred-year-old mulberry trees. Adjoining the kitchen is a terrace covered by an awning, so you can enjoy the view of the garden at mealtimes, while the terrace outside the lounge is protected by a shade sail. There is space for two cars on the land behind the farmhouse, which is closed off by an automatic gate. You can also play pétanque in this area.

The house is entered via a large glass door leading to the spacious living room, which serves as a lounge, dining room and office space. There is a stove to warm the spring evenings, and air-conditioning to cool the summer days. Continuing on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom that has a large double bed and incorporates a shower room with WC. To the right is the well-equipped kitchen, looking out over a shaded terrace. There is also a separate WC. Next to the lounge, a staircase leads to the upper floor with air condition, where there are two bedrooms: one very large, 36m2 of floorspace, with a king-size bed and incorporating a bathroom area with a round bath and walk-in shower; the other having two single beds and incorporating a shower room. A separate WC completes the facilities.
An adjacent wing has just been converted. It includes a living room, a kitchen and a bedroom with a large double bed with ensuite shower room and WC.
