Intérieur de la maison selon photos. Correspond à ce que nous recherchions en termes d'ambiance, à savoir style provençal un peu "vintage".
Jardin avec belle vue et piscine.
Qq soucis sonores liés à des travaux chez le voisin.
Affaire réglée avec le propriétaire à notre satisfaction.
Note5/6Par Mas de Carrignan 10p - 0243-01-01Le petit hameau dans lequel se trouve la maison est très calme et joli, et à quelques minutes en voiture des principales commodités.

La maison en elle-même est assez peu pratique à vivre : la cuisine et le salon sont à l'étage (peu pratique lorsqu'on prend les repas en extérieur).
Pour accéder au rez de chaussée on doit passer par l'extérieur.

Les pièces sont plus petites et moins lumineuses que l'impression rendues sur les photos.
La maison est également moins moderne que l'impression rendue, de nombreux éléments semblent "bricolés", comme la plage de la piscine (de simples plaques de bois posées les unes à côté des autres) ou encore l'escalier pour accéder au 2e étage qui ne possède d'ailleurs pas de rampe, ce qui nous a paru très dangereux avec des enfants.

La maison est bien équipée en termes de salles de bain et électroménager. Tout est propre.

COMMENTAIRE PVS : Le propriétaire confirme que 4 chambres sur 5, mesurent au moins 20m2; que la terrasse de la piscine est un concept tendance d'origine Belge;
et il s'engage à mettre une rampe à l'escalier qui mène au 2ème étage.

-Maison pas très propre, nous avons payé du ménage pour le départ mais la personne qui s'en occupe nous a demander d'enlever nos draps etc, bref il a fallut en faitout de même ...
-D'après elle cela ce passe comme ça en Airbnb sauf que nous n'étions pas en Airbnb mais en location pure..
-Seulement deux vrais transats pour la piscine qui ne sont pas de première jeunesse, pas pratique du tout et quelque chaise qui s'allongent un peu !
De plus énormément de scorpions , inadmissible on l'a signalé mais cela n'a pas eu l'aire de choquer, il fallait faire avec, c'est parait il comme ça dans la coin !!!
Nous construisons à Usès car nous connaissont vraiment le coin et nous n'avons jamais été confrontés à cela...
Bref on ne reviendra pas.

This beautiful authentic 17th century stone landhouse is located 100m from the center of the village. Its garden provides relaxation and conviviality. Well hidden behind its walls and big portal, the property offers a good privacy . Meals can be taken on the terrace of the covered floor built and a seating area is installed below, on the garden level, facing the pool. On a large flat shaded plot of 1000 m ², provided with outdoor furniture, deckchairs and sun loungers, is the swimming pool, secured by an alarm and by a wooden fence, alongside the staircase of the entry. The courtyard contains a parking for 3 places. The beautiful stone staircase leads to the small covered terrace adjoining the entrance which offers a beautiful view of the horizon, the garden, the bell church steeple and its 15th century castle. Two steps away is the very nice boules track of the village, shaded by magnificent mulberry trees.




Sheltered from prying eyes, this beautiful authentic 17th century house built of local stone is situated about a 100 metres from the village centre. Its very intimate garden will offer you relaxation and conviviality. Behind its walls and large gate, you will enjoy complete privacy. In the yard, another unrestored part of the house is uninhabited. The outside dining area with large table of 2.40 m (photo n ° 6 will be replaced) and barbecue is sheltered by the huge canvas parasol. The pool, equipped with garden furniture, 4 sunbeds and deckchairs, and secured by an alarm and a fence, is on a large, flat and shady 1,000 sq. m. area. In the courtyard, there is a closed parking area with 3 parking spaces. The beautiful stone staircase leads to the small adjoining covered terrace at the entrance of the house, which has a table and chairs and offers a beautiful view of the skyline, the garden, the village's steeple church and its 15th century castle . Nearby is the friendly village bowling green shaded by beautiful mulberry trees ..

On the ground floor is a vast vaulted room for relaxation. Separated by a door, a large bedroom with a double bed and integrated shower room and toilet. In front of the arched plate glass window, two single beds which can also be used as sofas, have views onto the garden and pool. This glass window can be provided with blackout curtains.
On the first floor, you enter directly into the living room with two comfortable sofas facing the flat-screen TV and a large rustic fireplace. The kitchen area, complete with table and chairs, is equipped with quality equipment. A master bedroom with large double bed and TV, the large bathroom with toilet and washing machine complete the outfittings. You can access the bathroom directly from the bedroom, or from the kitchen
A staircase leads to the second floor with a room, which has no door but can be closed by large linen curtains, on a curtain rod. It has two single beds. A door leads to the ensuite shower and toilet. You have to walk through this room to get to another large bedroom that is closed by a door and has a king size bed.
