You arrive at the rear of the villa, where two cars can be parked in a completely enclosed space, and one in a garage. Access to the house for those with restricted mobility is via an incline in front of the swimming pool. The pool is heated throughout the letting season. To the left, the fully equipped poolhouse stands ready for you to light the griddle and tickle your taste buds while tasting the wines of the region. You can take a siesta in the shade of the palms and bamboos at the poolside.

Passing the swimming pool, you come directly into the house on the level of the air-conditioned lounge, which has a small dining area and a 140cm sofa bed. To your left are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with WC, while there is another bathroom, with WC, off the corridor. Reached from the lounge, the upper floor has a fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed and adjoining bathroom with WC.
