Vergèze is a pretty small town between Nîmes and Montpellier, where this villa is located about 500 m from the town centre. It is a good offer to stay and then explore the interesting sites of Roman Provence, but you can also quickly reach the seaside resorts, which are only half an hour's drive away. Nîmes, 20 km distant, with its magnificent arenas, the Maison Carrée and the Tour Magne, is of course also worth a visit...
The house is attached on the side of the garage, but without causing any disturbance or affecting your privacy.

In the garden area of the property is a pool, which can be heated on request so you can also swim during your holidays in May, June or September. It is secured by a wrought iron grid. A summer kitchen with barbecue, hot plate and oven is also available outside. The pergola, covered with a sunshade cloth, is the ideal place to meet for an aperitif on the outdoor terrace, to dine and to relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture.

The entire house is built at ground level and is ideally furnished and equipped to spend a holiday stay. You enter the house through the living area, where you will find the well-equipped kitchen on the left and the dining room on the right. At the back, the living room opens onto the garden area with its inviting pool. From the living room you also reach the sleeping area, which comprises three bedrooms. The first has a large double bed, the second a double bed and the third is furnished with two single beds. In addition, there is a shower room and a WC, both separate, to complete the facilities.
