Nestled in a 30-ha private estate wherein you can walk around at your ease, at 3 miles far from the centre of the medieval Uzès, at 10 miles far from the famous Pont du Gard and some 20 miles far from Nîmes, this wonderful Provencal farmhouse fully made of stones with its huge swimming pool and its beautiful Provencal garden is really an exceptional property. It dominates the valley of Uzès and offers an absolutely unique place of peace and beauty. Access to the property is via a country lane which is suitable for vehicles, though a little rough.
The house overhangs the valley of Uzès and offers a wonderful view over the town and the surroundings. The big terrace running along the front of the farmhouse, in the shade of oak trees, with garden furniture is very pleasant. Within a 64580 ft² private garden, the beautiful and exceptionally big swimming pool with its sun beds, a bowling pitch, a tennis court to be shared with the neighbour house will be your favourite places during your stay. You'll also enjoy having a walk through the huge private property and appreciate the typically Provencal sweet-smelling scrublands.
The house is adjacent to another villa that belongs to the same owner. The two houses are set back to back and separated by its garages. The private sphere is fully guaranteed and there is no lack of privacy.
You enter the house through an entrance hall provided with a grand piano that you can use. The hall distributes lefthand a kitchen and its cellar and righthand, a big sitting/dining room. On this level, you will also find a bedroom with a large double bed and its adjacent bathroom with Walkin Shower, one bedroom with two single beds, separate toilet and another bathroom.If required, instead of the room with the single beds, another airconditioned bedroom on the first floor with double bed and bathroom can be used.

The final cleaning of € 90 is included in each rental rate below. The rental amount specified in the tenancy agreement does not include the final cleaning payable upon arrival.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Le Mas des Collines. The villa, situated in a quiet and spacious area, is very comfortable. There are various terraces and a splendid swimming pool, all in a beautiful garden. From the villa and the terraces there are stunning views on Uzes. We also very much liked the tennis court. We brought are own tennis rackets and balls, but there were also rackets and balls in the villa, as well as materials to play table-tennis. The owner is very friendly and puts a lot of effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We definitely recommend this villa!
