Our opinion : A property in a rural setting, offering a certain privacy with lots of space outdoors and spacious indoor rooms, even when occupied with many guests. Moreover, it is ideally set, only half an hour away from many tourist highlights and, not to forget , the "Voie verte" (Green Route) runs behind the house, where you can walk or cycle about 32 km to Uzès. Make the most of it !

On the spacious grounds can be parked eight cars The large, well-planted park and the large swimming pool without opposite are very appreciated by the holidaymakers, as well as the sun terrace which has been set up on the roof of the pool house. Located at the edge of the park and outfitted with an appropriate equipment, this place invites you to spend the best moments outdoors: Meals, taking a rest, swimming.... The boules track, as a small square, promises exciting games of petanque for some and a table tennis table and a large trampoline provide variety for others. Opposite the entrance to the house is a terrace adjacent to the living room, for an extended breakfast outside in peace and quiet.

Inside

You enter the house through the kitchen/dining space with the ensuing TV-living room, furnished with a 140 cm wide sofa bed. This living room leads to a hallway where is a room with a single bed, room which the children fight to occupy due to the access via a ladder. Behind the kitchen are the laundry and a shower room with WC. A staircase leading from the kitchen leads to a room with a double bed and further to a room with a double bed and bunk beds. The long hallway leads to the game room, a WC and a shower room, both separate. The other sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a separate shower room with WC, another bedroom with a double bed and a directly adjoining bedroom with bunk beds (down 140 cm + up 90 cm). The last bedroom, a suite, is separated by a door: a room with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC. From here you can access a second, more comfortable staircase, which leads down to the front door of the country house.
