The interior of this contemporain and neat property boasts spacious rooms. The entrance to the house leads through a library room, which adjoins the 85 m2 living area. This one consists of a living room, a dining room and a modern American kitchen. To the right is a bedroom with two single bunk beds and a pull-out bed, as well as two separate toilets, a washbasin in the hallway and a laundry room. In the left-hand sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a large double bed and adjoining shower room, then a separate bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and adjoining shower room. The other two bedrooms are opposiite the pool. One has a large double bed with adjoining shower room and the second one has two single beds which can be pushed together; if needed. To join the upper floor, a stylish staircase made of wrought iron and glass leads up from the entrance hall. There is a bedroom with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC ; additionally, a 80 m2 games room with TV, table football and pool table invites for game and fun.
