Nestled in a 30-ha private estate, at 3 miles far from the centre of the medieval Uzès, at 10 miles far from the famous Pont du Gard and some 20 miles far from Nîmes, this wonderful Provencal farmhouse fully made of stones with its huge swimming pool and its beautiful Provencal garden offers a unique place of peace and beauty.
At the level of the far end bedroom, the villa is semi-detached with a small flat, but without any opposite. inhabited by a couple.
Acces to the property is via a passable but uneven country lane.

The house is set in the middle of the typically Provencal vegetation, in the shade of oak trees in a 53820 ft² private garden. A nice terrace with a table enables you to have your meals outside as well as a garden sitting room perfect for leisure. Through some stair steps but also by a foot path s, you'll reach the swimming pool with its sunbeds, its table tennis and its table football. A very nice patio is located on the side of the house as well as a bowling pitch for amateurs. You can also have a walk through the huge private property made of typically Provencal sweet-smelling scrublands.
The house is adjacent to another villa that belongs to the same owner. Two garages separate both houses. The private sphere is fully guaranteed because they are back to back and there is no lack of privacy. A tennis court is to be shared with the neighbour house.
