There are two terraces, one which is 20 m2 and covered, where you can enjoy your meals in the shade, and the other, which is 25 m2, where you can sunbathe. These look out onto a 150 m2 private garden in a lush green setting, safe from prying eyes. This house has its own private swimming pool in an interior courtyard with nothing overlooking it, offering a well-deserved moment of relaxation. You can also take advantage of the property's facilities: wood cabins, a trampoline and swings for the children, and a pétanque court, a hopscotch or giant chess board and a table tennis for all ages. At the edge of the park the children can visit the 50,000 m2 animal reserve, where the owner raises llama, sheep, goats, chickens and more.

You enter the fully air-conditioned house through a hallway with a WC and stairs leading to the first floor. A beautiful glass and metal door leads you to a vast lounge which looks out onto a private swimming pool. On the right, you have the first bedroom with two single beds put together to make a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. At the end of the lounge, you have a fully-equipped kitchen with a range cooker and a door leading to the swimming pool. The dining room looks out onto the terrace side garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds put together to make a queen-size bed, and a bathroom as well as a separate WC. The refined decoration blends the traditional with the modern.
