wir konnten uns trotz der langen An- und Rückreiseweg (1.180 km) uns sehr gut im Landhaus erholen, was daran lag, dass wirklich das Umfeld im Haus und Gartenanlage und am Pool wirklich ruhig und zum Relaxen einladend war. Die Umgebung und die Landschaft waren einfach zum Genießen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Vielleicht sind wir als Familie etwas sauberkeitsbewußt, aber es wäre sicherlich von Vorteil, wenn vor dem Hauseintritt vom Garten/Poolbereich noch Abriebmatten vorhanden wären, damit die Feuchte und der Schmutz von draußen nicht in das Haus hereingetragen werden.

Pool und Gartenanlage sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Valerie hat uns sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet, alles ordentlich im nötigen Maß erklärt.

Das Haus hat über das notwendige Maß hinaus viele Utensilien, die man eher in dauerhaft bewohnten Häusern findet. Das Einzige ist, das das Datenvolumen vom Internet von 10 auf 20 MB pro Woche erhöht werden könnte, für mehr Convinience.:-)))

Die befürchtete Schakenplage blieb aus.:-))) Aber wir waren auch vorbereitet.

Aber unterm Strich war alles wunderbar!

KOMMENTAR PVS : Demnaechst werden Abriebmatten verfuegbar sein, damit das Hausinnere weniger beschmutzt wird. Wegen des Internetempfangs wird aktuell ein besseres Abonnement getestet.
Note6/6Par Mas de la Rose - 0368-01-01Der Urlaub, den wir in der Villa Mas de la Rose verbracht haben, war in der ruhigen Umgebung sehr entspannend. Das Haus mit seiner stilvoller Einrichtung und dem sehr gepflegtem Garten (perfekte Rasenfläche, wo unsere Windhunde flitzen konnten), lies keine Wünsche offen.
Der Pool sehr gepflegt und regelmäßig von dem Besitzer sauber gemacht, mit grandiosem Panoramablick, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge bei Dinner auf der Terrasse haben dazu beigetragen, daß man sich hier rundum wohl gefüllt hat. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und mit der netten und freundlichen Valerie war sehr angenehm. Summa summarum würden wir das Haus weiter empfehlen. An dieser Stelle möchten wir auch Frau Apothelos herzlich grüßen und uns für ihren Einsatz, Unterstützung und stets immer sehr netten Kontakt bedanken.

Note6/6Par Mas de la Rose - 0368-01-011.Ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (zweites Zimmer links hinten) war wegen unerträglichem Kanal-Abwassergestank im Raum (trotz intensiver Lüftung!!!) definitiv nicht benutzbar! Eigentlich nicht tolerierbar!
2. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (erstes Zimmer links) hat keine eigene Toilette. Für die Nutzer dieses Raumes sehr unbequem!

Note6/6Par Mas de la Rose - 0368-01-01Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (8 Personen) eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Mas de la Rose verbracht und wurden zu Beginn sehr freundlich durch die Gerantin begrüßt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundherum wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Den herrlichen Panoramablick von Terrasse und Pool nach Westen haben wir jeden Tag sehr genossen, die Sonnenuntergänge am Abend waren einfach traumhaft. Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt, das Haus stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet, die Küche außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC sind sehr schön und geräumig, die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer fallen leider im Vergleich dagegen doch etwas ab; sie haben zwar Bad, aber kein WC und der Weg dorthin durch das Wohnzimmer in den Eingangsbereich ist nicht der kürzeste. Das war aber auch der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen.

Our opinion : This is an air-conditioned house that feels good to stay in. The facilities are flawless, the site is peaceful, and the view of the neighbouring hills with their "perched" villages offers a breath-taking spectacle for a completely relaxing holiday.

The automatic gate opens onto the fenced plot and leads to a parking area, which has a carport for one car. At the end of the carport is the cellar/laundry room, and a direct access to the kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen, you can come out into a closed courtyard where a pizza oven and a sink are installed. You can eat here, too. But at the front of the house, though, a large roofed terrace contains an outdoor garden lounge and a table for meals with family or friends overlooking a magnificent landscape. The attractive swimming pool has a pool house, with a lounge area, in a very peaceful and nicely landscaped garden.

A fine stone entrance opens onto a hallway, where there is a walk-in wardrobe and a separate WC. To the right, a lounge opens onto the spacious terrace and, at the back, onto the kitchen with a zinc-topped central island and four barstools. A cellar/laundry room adjoining the kitchen is beneath the carport. The dining room, which is divided by an archway from the lounge, leads to the sleeping quarters, which consist of three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds that can be made into one 160-cm bed with a single mattress if required, and an adjoining shower room. The second bedroom has a TV, a large double bed, and an adjoining bathroom with WC. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed consisting of two single beds, and an adjoining shower room. The staircase leading from the lounge goes up to the fourth bedroom, which has a terrace and contains a TV, a large double bed and an adjoining shower room with WC. The whole house, except the kitchen, is air conditioned.
