es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung, in einer traumhaften Gegend. Wir wurden super empfangen, erhielten Ausflugstipps sowie Info zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurantempfehlungen usw. die beiden sind sehr diskret und aufmerksam. Auch ob es uns in der Wohnung an irgendetwas gefehlt hätte wurden wir abschließend gefragt, dazu ist uns wirklich gar nichts eingefallen. Für einen entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub ist dort alles vorhanden. Die Räume sind sauber und die wichtigsten Geräte (sogar ein Waschraum!) stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt.

Voilà nous sommes rentrés maintenant depuis deux semaines et nous avons tous été agréablement surpris . Arrivé à Montauroux Monsieur nous a intercepté complètement par hasard, propriétaires très gentils et aussi à l'écoute. Un endroit a conseiller pour le paysage et le dépaysement, propre et bien pensé
Un grand merci aux propriétaires de ma part, de ma femme et de mes deux filles nous sommes revenus conquis.

Note5/6Par Les Hauts de Montauroux - Bougainvilliers - 0130-01-01Wir sind jetzt seit zwei Wochen zurückgekehrt und alle angenehm überrascht gewesen. In Montauroux angekommen, hat uns ganz zufällig der Besitzer gekreuzt, sehr nette Eigentümer und auch sehr aufmerksam. Ein empfehlenswerter Ort wegen der schönen Landschaft und was fuer Entdeckungsfreudige, dazu sauber gehalten und gut durchdacht.
Meine Frau und Töchter schliessen sich mir an und danken auch den Besitzern, wir sind gluecklich und zufrieden zurückgekehrt.

Note5/6Par Les Hauts de Montauroux - Bougainvilliers - 0130-01-01Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten hatten richtige Bettwäsche,
also nicht nur Laken und Wolldecken, wie oft in Südfrankreich üblich.
Gewünscht hätten wir uns ein Moskitonetz am Schlafzimmerfenster.
Auch wenn tagsüber keine Schnaken zu sehen waren, konnte man nachts das Fenster doch nicht aufmachen.
Genossen haben wir unserer wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse und das schöne Wetter.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und um unser Wohl besorgt, außerdem wird auch Englisch gesprochen.
Die Landschaft ist wunderschön,
aber man muss kleine französiche Gebirgsstraßen lieben :-)

La cuisine était bien équipée et les lits avaient du vrai linge de lit , donc pas seulement les draps et les couvertures de laine, comme on les trouve souvent dans le sud de la France.
Nous aurions souhaité avoir une moustiquaire à la fenêtre de la chambre à coucher.
Bien que pendant la journée on n'apercevait pas les moustiques, on ne pouvait pas ouvrir durant la nuit les fenêtres.
Nous avons apprécié notre terrasse couverte et le beau temps.
La propriétaire était très aimable et disponible et le paysage est vraiment merveilleux.
C'est parfait quand on aime des petites routes de montagne ....

wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So wurde uns z.B. auch für unsere kleine Tochter ein extra Zimmer mit Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt.

Folgende kleine Wehmutstropfen haben unseren Urlaub wirklich nur unwesentlich beeinträchtigt:
* die doch recht abgelegene Lage samt schwieriger Anfahrt (natürlich nicht zu ändern)
* fehlende Fußmatten und Haken für Jacken und Ähnliches im Eingangsbereich - gerade im Spätherbst wäre dies schon angemessen!
* wir hatten eine Mikrowelle, die (kleinere) Wohnung über uns, in der meine Eltern wohnten, einen Wasserkocher - letzterer wäre auch für die größere Wohnung leicht zu beschaffen
* die doch etwas kahlen weißen Wände, die durch einige Bilder oder Ähnliches leicht wohnlicher gestaltet werden könnten

wir haben uns in der Unterkunft Les Bougainvilliers rundum wohlgefühlt und dort sehr entspannte Tage verbracht.
Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen und direkt zu Beginn umfassende Informationen zur Region gegeben von denen wir den ganzen Urlaub über profitiert haben. Während unseres Aufenthaltes standen sie uns bei jeder Frage und Bitte sofort und zuvorkommend zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung, die wir bezogen haben, war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das zusätzliche Wäscheset (für das Bad und das Schlafzimmer) ein guter Komfort.
Auch der kleine Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen, schade war nur (und das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt), dass die Wohnung und der Garten nach Norden ausgerichtet sind, wodurch wir tagsüber fast keine und abends nur ca. eine Stunde Sonne und deswegen verhältnismäßig wenig Licht in Garten und Wohnung hatten.
Das schöne Wetter und der traumhafte Pool an dem den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint, haben diesen Umstand allerdings leicht vergessen gemacht Insgesamt war der Urlaub ein voller Erfolg und unser Fazit lautet: Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons été satisfaits de la surface des lieux,l, de la propreté des lieux , de l'accueil.
Par contre, pour nous personnellement nous aurions aimé avoir une vue sur la nature,. De plus, avoir des locataires au dessus, c'est aussi difficile, car ils ont le nez sur notre terrasse.
Les promenades hors la propriété à pied étaient difficiles, beaucoup de constructions, de chantier en cours, en lotissement en quelque sorte.
Pas assez de photos pour situer l'environnement et la répartition des lieux
Mais nous reviendrons peut-être vers vous mais avec des critères plus sélectifs.

En résumé, un peu déçus mais avons exploité la région et mis à profit ces vacances

COMMENTAIRE PVS:
Cette petite résidence possède d' une vue face à la forêt de pins donc la nature sans aucune empreinte de l'homme, soit pour les 3 logements en rez de jardin, soit pour les 3 logements face à la piscine.
Les promenades peuvent se faire à 300m sur le chemin de Siagne dans la vallée de Siagne.
Les photos publiées sur l'ensemble de la résidence traduisent bien l'environnement immédiat, soit pour les 3 logements coté piscine, soit pour les 3 logements du bas coté jardin. Nous n'en avons pas d'autres.
