The garden level at your disposal includes a big terrace. During the renting periods, you are the only residents of the house that is strictly for you. Located at 4 miles far from the famous village of Fayence and at 15 miles far from Grasse, capital of perfume, the place is perfect to discover this wonderful region of the Var and visit the main centers of interest in the French Riviera but also the charming and authentic hinterland.

From the covered terrace with its table, the deckchairs under the olive tree or from the swimming pool, you will enjoy a wonderful panorama. For young children there are toys such as a small motorcycle, a truck, a wheel-barrow and a plastic lawn mower. More than that, there are badminton rackets and a petanque set. The house is located in a very quiet environment where the Mediterranean vegetation is lush.
