Our opinion : The strong points of this spacious villa are the covered terrace outside the kitchen, with stereo system and pool view, not forgetting the keep-fit area and the beautiful seaside resorts close by. Not far from the Esterel mountain range, with no thing overlooking it, this exceptional property is ideally located for discovering the beaches from Saint-Raphaël to Sainte-Maxime, or the Côtes-de-Provence wine estates.

An automatic gate opens onto the magnificent grounds with their lush greenery. You will enjoy the large swimming pool with its corner steps. Adjacent to the kitchen, a covered terrace contains a dining area with a built-in barbecue and a sink. You will have a table-tennis table at your disposal, and you can play pétanque on the parking level. Underneath the terrace is a shelter set up for sporting activities.
Please note that the climb from the gate to the top of the property is rather steep.

Off the hallway to the right is a bedroom with a large double bed, TV and adjoining shower room with WC, and a second bedroom with a 200 cm x 200 cm bed, TV and full bathroom with private WC. To the left, two steps lead down to the fireside lounge. This connects with the kitchen/diner and back kitchen. The ground floor has underfloor air conditioning, and there is a separate WC by the staircase leading to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. One of these rooms has an adjoining shower room with WC, while the other has an adjoining shower room. There is also a separate WC.
