The automatic gate opens onto the fenced plot, where two cars can be parked at the backside of the villa and a third one in the garage. The large covered terrace adjacent to the dining room offers a marvellous view of the Esterel massif and invites you to take your meals or relax there enjoying the dining area and outdoor furniture. Steps lead down into the salt-treated pool, which also has a large underwater beach and can be heated.

Inside

You enter the fully air-conditioned villa from the back front, where the cars are parked. The hall provides a visitors WC and from here, the stairs lead up to the sleeping area on the upper floor. Opposite is the living/TV area and the dining room with access to the terrace and the beautiful American kitchen behind it. This adjoins the garage. Righthand to the entrance there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and TV ; it has a full bathroom (bath, shower and WC). Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, an adjoining shower room with WC and private balcony. The third bedroom is the pretty children's room with two bunk beds and a bathroom, the WC is located in the hallway.
