The villa is built on 2000m2 grounds closed by an electric gate, where cars can be parked directly after the driveway. The flat plot afterwards then can serve as playground for the children. On the southern side, a large covered terrace is well furnished, in order to benefit from an outdoor dining area, with a bar, sink and wine fridge. And aside, a comfortable outdoor lounge invites to meet for an aperitif or take a coffee after meal while appreciating the beautiful view of the Château de Tourrettes. Just nearby on this level there is also a separate WC. The beautifully sized pool will surely be appreciated and the jacuzzi for 6 persons rounds off the comfort. As the neighbouring villas are located below, so you are guaranteed total privacy around the pool area.

Access to the villa is given by the inviting living/dining area under a beautiful, impressive vaulted ceiling. Righthand you reach the kitchen with access to the laundry room via a narrow and steep staircase. To the left, there are a separate WC and a large bedroom with king-size bed from where you can join at the bed head side 2 bathrooms: one is equipped with bath, washbasin and WC and the other with shower, washbasin and WC. Upstairs are available a bedroom with two separable single beds, a WC and a shower room, both separate as well as a further bedroom with canopy double bed and adjoining bathroom with WC, overlooking the Château de Tourrettes.
