Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa.
La situation dans les alentours de Aix est très bien.
La villa est spacieuse.
Grosso modo, elle correspond au descriptif quant aux équipements.

Les points négatifs: La villa demande à être rafraichie : peintures, sanitaires, jardin.
Pour l'arrivée sur place, le RDV avec la concierge a été un peu difficile à gérer - de part la circulation très dense (location au samedi). Une location de dimanche à dimanche serait peut-être préférable.

Sans considérer le prix de la location, ma note aurait été de 4.

Note6/6Par Villa Hortense - 0402-01-01Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette villa qui est au calme sans vis-à-vis. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans les chambres, la terrasse ombragée, la piscine en contrebas et les randonnées au départ de la villa.

Our opinion : Deep in the country and close to Aix-en-Provence where southern French charm reigns, this rental property is the ideal place for a holiday divided between rural tranquillity and the many activities available in town.

The house is entered via a hallway that leads to the large living area, comprising a lounge/dining room and TV lounge, the fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a large double bed. A study with library and a bathroom with WC are also on the ground floor. Upstairs are a bathroom with WC and three bedrooms: two with a double bed in each, and one with two single beds.
