Access to the completely fenced property is through a quiet residential area. An electric gate opens onto a slight slope leading to the parking area on the side of the house. The large garden boasts rare Mediterranean species. It offers shady corners equipped with garden furniture. The beautiful infinity pool is bordered by a huge terrace with hammock and lounge chairs for relaxing and napping. Two parts of the terrace are covered: the outdoor dining area next to the kitchen, and another part just in front of the bedroom. There is a charcoal barbecue and an electric grill. A children swing set, trampoline, petanque area, table tennis are here for you to enjoy. At the back of the house is a direct access to the wild scrubland.

The villa is fully air conditioned. After a large entrance hall, a spacious living/dining room opens through large French doors to the terrace. A comfortable leather corner sofa faces a large flat screen TV. The dining area is close to the separated kitchen which is fully equipped with a bar and table. Through its large French doors, there is direct access to the outdoor dining area facing the pool. The hallway leads to two bedrooms with one double bed each with access to the terrace and pool. A third bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can be pushed together to form a 180 cm bed.These three bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub and shower. A separate toilet is available for your use. From the entrance hall, a large and beautiful staircase leads to the first floor. A spacious room with queen size bed here is provided with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The balcony offers a view of the bay of Marseille to the sea. The toilet is in the hallway.
