Lambesc has maintained an important historical and cultural heritage and its location at the foot of the chain of Côtes, near the Alpilles and near the Parc Naturel Regional du Luberon, offers many attractions. You are about twelve miles from Aix-en-Provence, with its Art galleries, the Cours Mirabeau which is very lively during the evenings, with its famous thousand fountains and baths/wellness centers. Nearby, you have not only the well-known Sainte Victoire Mountain and the beaches of Marseille but also the Blue Coast at less than an hour drive by car. A little further, the Cassis cliffs and calanques are indeed to be visited.

L'accueil a été très bien et la maison correcte, mais ancienne, avec une ou deux petites remarques. La cuisine est vraiment petite pour 9 personnes... La piscine est très bien. L'endroit est calme et l'espace est agréable.
Petit souci pour la caution : Ils n'acceptent pas l'empreinte de la carte de crédit comme mentionné dans vos documents et donc vous devez laisser 800 euros et les récupérer lors du départ, ce qui n'est pas très pratique. Ils acceptent également les francs suisses mais nous n'avions pas pris avec nous 800 francs suisses.... A corriger dans vos documents !

Note6/6Par Le Clos de Janet - 0253-01-01Nous avons été très satisfait par cette maison.
L'ancien château de Janet a été restauré avec le souci d'éclectisme d'un artiste et offre les commodités prévues avec plusieurs salles d'eau et une agréable piscine privée.
La situation reculée de la maison offre le calme, permet de belles promenades au milieu des vignes tout en n'étant qu'à quelques minutes de centre commerciaux et de Lambesc qui possède un centre pittoresque tout en échappant aux flux de touristes.
A une demi heure d'Aix, de Salon, de Marseille,... la situation est un lieu idéal pour visiter la Provence tout en permettant de revenir au calme le moment venu.

Odeur de tout à l'égout très fort dans toute la maison pendant tout le séjour -
Ménage non fait - alors que nous payons en espèce un montant de 100 euros.
Va et viens des propriétaires pendant le séjour.
Coupure d'eau dès le 2eme jour.

Our opinion : This ancient house, with spacious volumes and its large fenced pool on the back of the building, will delight you to spend a quiet holiday in a charming place.

In front of the house, there is a huge tiled 150 sqm terrace and on the kitchen side another terrace of 30 sqm where you could have your meals. Sheltered at the back of this you have the barbecue area. We can access the swimming pool area via the staircase which leads to the three rooms. Around the large enclosed swimming pool you can enjoy the sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing. A pool ladder gives acces into the water wherefrom the bottom of the pool is 90 cm distant . At this north side level, you have a large area of 300 sqm where children can play.

The entrance is from the huge stone dining room, completely vaulted, with its majestic fireplace. A sitting area with two arm chairs is located in front of the window which gives the impression of admiring a painting. To the right is the kitchen area. A spacious lounge extends the dining-room. There is a shower-room with a toilet under the staircase that leads to a room with a double bed and attached bathroom and a separate toilet. From the living room side staircase, you can access three bedrooms with double beds and one little bedroom with a single bed. This floor is also featured with a bathroom and a separate toilet. To access the third double bedroom you have to cross the little room with the single bed.
