For golf enthousiasts, this villa benefits of a privileged location with an unobstructed view. Furthermore, it is an ideal starting point for a holiday, either on the rhythm of an 18-hole golf course or simply for a walk in the still-preserved natural surroundings, with the areas as Alpilles, Luberon and the Pays d'Aix not far away for beautiful discovery tours.
There are two parking spaces in front of the villa and a reed- covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge and electric plancha for al fresco dining. Thanks to the uninterrupted view, you will thoroughly enjoy the time you can spend outdoors. The outbuilding is set after the terrace and the pool area is fully lockable with a wrought iron grid.
Entering the house on the ground floor, a hall on the left distributes the dining room, then the kitchen with access to the terrace and on the right a bedroom with king-size bed and adjoining bathroom. There is also a separate WC. A few steps down is the spacious living room. The upper floor houses a bedroom with three single beds, two of which are bunk beds, and another with a king-size bed, as well as a shower room with WC. The fourth bedroom is in the adjoining outbilding on the other side of the terrace with two 80 cm wide beds and an adjoining shower room with WC.

The final cleaning of € 170 is included in each rental rate below. The rental amount specified in the tenancy agreement does not include the final cleaning payable upon arrival.
The tourist tax is payable in addition : 7.20% per night/ adult. Upper limit 5.76 EUR.
