We named this wonderful villa located at 5 miles far from Aix-en-Provence "La Maison du Monde" because the owners decorated it with the furniture and souvenirs that they brought back from many trips in Africa and Asia. This house is a mix of beauty, peace, comfort and serenity. Located in a quiet residential area, all amenities are within 0.6 mile.

The large terrace in L in front of the sitting room is sheltered from the sun and the wind. It gives on a very nice garden with two pool houses that look like African huts at each side of the very large swimming pool. In one of them, you will find a big table with sink and gas grill for convivial meals and, in the other one, you will find a summer sitting room with a Jacuzzi.

Built on the same level, the inside space begins with a large entrance that gives, on one side, on the very comfortable 65-m2 sitting room with a pool at the center and, on the other side, on a library that leads to the bedrooms and to the bathrooms. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the decoration of the dining room (wall paintings) is beautiful. The four bedrooms have a large double bed and a flat screen TV. A bathroom with bathtub and two sinks, a shower room with a sink and a toilet and a separate toilet complete the facilities.
