Its location is exceptional, no vis-à-vis, 10 minutes from Orange with its magnificent Roman amphitheater in which are organized the famous opera festivals. For wine lovers, the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas are nearby. Hikers will delight in the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, famous as a legendary stage of the Tour de France. Don't miss Wednesday morning on the village square a small market with scents and colors of Provence.

|A beautidul large path followed by a french hewn boxwood garden leads to the big gate of the entrance porch. Outdoor parking is shaded. The porch opens onto the courtyard well protected from the Mistral then extended by the surrounding garden and the pool. The impression of harmony and serenity is extraordinary. Front of the house, near the kitchen, a large table for 12 persons is protected by its huge umbrella. The lawn welcomes a stylish garden furniture. The heated pool surrounded by sheltering walls faces a boundless view of the vineyards. The surrounding lawn areas are equipped with comfortable sun beds. A majestic mulberry-plane tree provides generous shade. A solid wood porch will delight your children and for the cooking chefs it will be the electrical upscale barbecue. Some chairs and garden benches are installed in various places and for relaxation. To the South a gate and old stone walls are closing the property. On the floor of the adjoining building is a large terrace with panoramic views.|

|The house consists of two parts. In the large farmhouse to the left of the entrance, under a high ceiling, is the superb lounge / dining room with refined comfort as well as a kitchen equipped with a kitchen piano and all modern amenities. To the right of the entrance, a second large living room with a Spacious sofa facing the huge fireplace and big screen TV. From there, you reach a bedroom with a two-seater convertible bed, an integrated shower room, an attached toilet, an exercise bike and a real study with printer, internet access and telephone. Glass doors and windows are closed at night by blackout curtains. This Room and the laundry room are also accessible directly from the outside. A separate toilet is located under the wide staircase which leads upstairs from the living room. The two large upstairs bedrooms are very comfortable with king size beds (can be separate in two singles beds), one with integrated bathroom and adjoining toilet and one with adjoining shower room and toilet. The windows offer a beautiful outlook on the garden and countryside.|
The second main building to the right of the entrance to the house is separated from the first by a beautiful paved courtyard. It is fully air-conditioned. One enters through a beautiful wrought iron carriage door. The ground floor has a comfortable lounge, a large bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower and adjoining integrated. Upstairs on the left, a bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower and adjoining integrated. On the right, a large bedroom with king size bed (can be separate in two single beds), en-suite shower and adjoining integrated. It provides access to a beautiful terrace with open view of the surrounding vineyards.

We absolutely loved this property! Very beautiful setting - private - in the middle of vineyards, yet there are loads of things to do within close driving distance.
The outside area was perfect - where we spent most of our time. We spent hours in the pool, on chairs underneath a shade tree or at the outdoor table. The children loved the swing set as well as the small table and chairs.
The indoor communal spaces were really nicely done. Nice furniture, quite comfy. The kitchen was easy to work in. An extra fridge might be a nice addition as we were constantly devising ways to keep our libations cold! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. We were a large group and the two houses worked perfectly for us.
The caretaker, Vivian, is lovely. She took care of everything.
We give this place high marks and look forward to returning.
