Villa and annex with A/C, in Mormoiron, Mont Ventoux, childproofed pool

The villa has three terraces: one which is covered and very much appreciated, in front of the kitchen, has a dining area with built-in barbecue. There is also a large terrace in front of the dining room and the third is upstairs. The fenced swimming pool has a ledge across its full width. There is a shower and a WC, both closed but outdoors. The garage can be used to park bicycles, this being a region well suited to cycling.
The annex also provides a terrace with outdoor furniture in front of the living area.

To the right of the entrance hall are a separate WC and a bedroom with a large double bed and en suite bathroom. On the left is the dining room, followed by the TV lounge, and next to it the kitchen/diner, which adjoins a covered terrace and the garage, which serves as a laundry room. Opposite the hall, a beautiful all-stone staircase leads to the sleeping quarters, which comprise three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a large double bed and an adjoining terrace, while the third contains a double bed and a pull-out bed (2 m x 80 cm). There is a bathroom and a WC, both separate, on the landing.
An independent annex for four people consists of a living room/TV with a 140 cm sofa bed and its American kitchen with dining area; a bedroom with a large double bed and a separate shower room with WC. Both the villa and annex are air-conditioned.
