With a beautiful view of the hills of Blauvac, you can make use of this spacious villa for a truly peaceful holiday. You can explore five hiking trails not far away, or go bathing or fishing at Les Salettes Lake, 1.5 km away. There is canoeing/kayaking 20 km away at Monteux Lake or at Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. The house is close to the centre of the village, where you will find all the local shops.
Please note that two cats live on the property, but there is no need to look after them.

The villa has three terraces: one which is covered and very much appreciated, in front of the kitchen, has a dining area with built-in barbecue. There is also a large terrace in front of the dining room and the third is upstairs. The fenced swimming pool has a ledge across its full width. There is a shower and a WC, both closed but outdoors. The garage can be used to park bicycles, this being a region well suited to cycling.

On the left is the dining room, followed by the TV lounge, and next to it the eat-in kitchen, which adjoins a covered terrace and the garage, which serves as a laundry room. Opposite the hall, a beautiful all-stone staircase leads to the sleeping quarters, which comprise three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a large double bed and an adjoining terrace, while the third contains a double bed and a pull-out bed (2 m x 80 cm). There is a bathroom and a WC, both separate, on the landing.
