vacances en famille réussies dans cette demeure un peu surprenante à première vue de l'extérieur, mais très bien agencée de l'intérieur. Piscine chauffée où les enfants se sont bien amusés.

Note5/6Par Mas Carré 10P - 0352-01-01nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce mas magnifique, au calme au milieu des vignes, rénové et aménagé avec goût, parfaitement équipé et situé au coeur d'une région riche en découvertes. Seul bémol: le nombre de transats (5 pour une maison pouvant accueillir 10 personnes, nous étions 8) et problème d'évacuation des eaux et d'odeur dans la salle d'eau d'une chambre au rez inférieur.

Problème d'évacuation dû à un bouchon formé par trop de cheveux, solutionné.
Note5/6Par Mas Carré 10P - 0352-01-01Le mas carré est une maison très agréable, grande et très bien équipée. Je ferais néanmoins les deux remarques suivantes:
- Il n'y a que 5 transats dommage!
- la chambre du bas, très belle et spacieuse, souffre d'odeur de moisissure.
- le barbecue à gaz à l'extérieur manquait de puissance...

En bref tout était parfait ou presque et nous recommanderions cette maison.

- Hors saison, mise en place d'un déshumidificateur, puis fenêtres à laisser un peu ouvertes.
- Va vérifier le tube de diffusion du gaz car bon Weber pour 10 personnes.


Note5/6Par Mas Carré 10P - 0352-01-01Séjour d'1 semaine au mois d'août 2019. Très belle maison décorée avec goût. Par contre, piscine non chauffée contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Petit détail qui n'a en aucun cas gâché nos vacances.

Sehr schön und wertig eingerichtet, man hat viel Platz. Die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind räumlich getrennt, so dass man Möglichkeiten zum Rückzug hat.

Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und mit Aussicht auf den Pool unschlagbar!

Leider hat das Haus auch ein paar Mängel, die man erst erkennt, wenn man ein paar Tage dort ist.
Spülmaschine funktioniert zum Beispiel nicht richtig, das Geschirr ist immer schmutzig nach dem Spülen. Sehr ärgerlich bei 8 Personen. Die sanitären Anlagen sind zwar renoviert, trotzdem wackelig und undicht.

Das wunderschöne separate Kellerzimmer ist prinzipiell perfekt, allerdings feucht und deshalb etwas muffig. Schade!

Insgesamt könnte das Haus etwas mehr Zuwendung vertragen, dies und das könnte man optimieren.

Trotzdem würde ich das Haus wieder buchen!

Alle Abflüsse wurden überprüft, fehlendes Klarspülmittel im Geschirrspüler hinzugefügt und Feuchtigkeitsabsorber im unteren Zimmer aufgestellt.

Note5/6Par Mas Carré 10P - 0352-01-01Schönes Haus und Anwesen. Es könnte ein bisschen in Schönheitsreparaturen investiert werden. Der Pool benötigt wirklich mal eine Grundreinigung. Ventilatoren waren größtenteils defekt. Besonders hervorzuheben war die sehr professionelle Betreuung durch die Objektbetreuerin Anaïs! Toller Service

Our opinion : We recommend this holiday home for its charming stone construction, its Provençal identity and the many activities it offers: cycle rides along the river Calavon, hiking in the Luberon mountains… or just relaxing around the pool. For a holiday with friends or as a family, you won't want for space, and everyone will find their secret garden here.

The property is reached by a path leading up to the 5 ha vineyard, classified "AOC Côtes du Luberon" and kept in organic culture, where 1,000 m2 around the landhouse are at the guests disposal. The parking area is just by the entrance to the inner courtyard, below the boules playing area. The inner courtyard is a relaxation area where you can play table tennis or enjoy a drink on the shaded terrace. Access to the laundry room and the cycle shed (two men's, two ladies' and one children's mountain bike) is via this courtyard. The house is surrounded by vineyards, and the fully grassed poolside area dotted with trees and bushes is a very restful spot and the pool can be heated on request. There is also an outdoor shower. By the kitchen, the arbor-shaded terrace offers an unobstructed view and includes an eating area, which has a barbecue equipped with a gas griddle and an electric grill. A lounge set, with a parasol for shade, is nearby.

Inside

Built on a hillside, the farmhouse is 250 m2 over two levels. At the garden level, the generously sized living areas (kitchen, lounge/dining room) open onto the swimming pool area, where you can enjoy an unlimited view of the surrounding vineyards and the mountains of the Luberon. This same level also has two bedrooms. One has two single beds and adjoining shower room, while the other has one large double four-poster bed and adjoining bathroom. From the spacious hallway, which allows you to move from room to room, a staircase leads down to the lower level, which opens onto the inner courtyard, where there is a laundry room and three bedrooms. One bedroom has one large double bed, and the second has two single beds. Both share a shower room. Inside, there is to pass the bedroom with the two single beds to access the bedroom with the double bed, which also has an independent access from the inner courtyard. A door separates these two rooms.The third bedroom, with a large double bed and a TV, has a separate entrance from the courtyard. This room features a vaulted ceiling of undeniable charm, and has its own fully equipped bathroom. All bathrooms have WC, and a separate WC on each floor completes the layout. All rooms have mosquito nets.
