If you like loneliness and absolute peace, you will love this charming house rental. This Provencal farmhouse has been renovated with care, one of its part is fitted into the rock that overhangs it. It is located in a fully isolated small valley that you can only reach by 4x4 car (provided by the owner). You will discover this wonderful house 3.5 miles far from Apt in Luberon, at the end of a half a mile, very rough road. It is a combination of authenticity, good taste and modern comfort in a beautiful environment of undergrowths and vineyards where only the chirping of the birds and the wind will disturb your tranquillity.

Outside, two ancient-styled paved stone terraces (one of them with a built barbecue) where you will appreciate sun or shade, depending the moment. About 35 ft away, in front of the house, the covered swimming pool, entirely digged in the rock, is really a technical and aesthetic prowess. It remains very pleasant in the summer thanks to the big open bays and the shade from rocks and trees. The environment is nature pure without any neighbour nor inconvenience.

Inside, on the terrace level: a dining room with an open kitchen, a sitting room, a bathroom with a separate toilet. On the first floor, four bedrooms (three of them with a double bed and the last one with a large bed for an adult or two children). Everything is furnished and decorated in rustic, very nice Provencal furniture which perfectly suits to the stone house.

The final cleaning of € 150 is included in each rental rate below. The rental amount specified in the tenancy agreement does not include the final cleaning payable upon arrival.

Seen the poor quality road about 1 km to reach the house, 4 x 4 car is given for the period of the stay. This vehicle is forbidden on normal road and must be driven by a person having the licence for more than 3 years. Your car is parked in safety on the parking lot of the house of the owner.
