A beautiful holiday is in prospect in this all-stone farmhouse, which has been carefully renovated to take advantage of the beautiful view of the Luberon. There are some very charming villages to visit within some 30 kilometres, including Gordes, Manosque or Lourmarin. The "Colorado Provençal" at Rustrel, with its wild, brightly coloured landscapes, is only 20 kilometres away. The Calavon Cycle Route ( a 37 km bike path) is 1 km from the property, and bicycle rental is possible nearby in Apt.
The property adjoins another at the rear, but there is no inconvenience or lack of privacy.

The house stands at the entrance to the hamlet and is very well provided with outdoor facilities. It has a large terrace outside the lounge and a shaded terrace with a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. There is a pétanque playing area, a table-tennis table and, best of all, the much-appreciated heated swimming pool. Two cars can be parked on the plot, which is fenced and has an automatic gate. Adjoining the property is 3,000 m2 of unfenced land that can be used as a playing field or for parking.
