Above this room is the mezzanine with two single beds, and there is a bedroom with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC. Once passed the living room, a large hall with a study area leads to a bedroom with two approchable single beds, a bathroom and a WC, both separate. The 40m2 annexe, accessible from the outside, consists of a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed and an integrated shower room and a separate WC.
