This charming holiday home near Ménerbes, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", is located at the foot of Le Petit Luberon, on a rocky outcrop. It is surrounded by a pretty, beautifully landscaped and extensive garden which, apart from the large swimming pool, also offers play facilities for children. Less than 20 km away, there are many places to visit: L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with its flea markets, the hill top village of Gordes with its medieval castle and its bories...
There is a bakery and grocery shop with delicatessen in Ménerbes, then 6 km further you'll have butcher's shop in Goult and Maubec offers a supermarket, bank and newsagent.

Three cars can be parked on the large, well-maintained and fully fenced grounds with automatic gate. The outside dining area is on the terrace adjacent to the kitchen, and in front of the living room the large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture invites to relax or have an aperitif. Most of the day can be spent in the fresh air, making use of the large pool which can be heated if necessary, nearby is an outdoor shower. The boules-track will undoubtedly liven up the evenings too.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen and a living/dining room, both with access to the beautiful, spacious terraces. There is also a separate toilet, a bedroom with a large double bed and adjoining bathroom and toilet. Underneath, there is a room with two bunk beds, through which you can access the third room with a large double bed, adjoining shower room and WC. However, the latter room also has access from the outside, so it is independent if needed. Upstairs there is a bathroom, a WC, both separate, and two bedrooms. One has three single beds and the other a large double and a single bed.
