The automatic gate gives access to the large, well-planted plot where you can park three cars. You can also play petanque in this driveway. The washing machine and a freezer are located in the garage. The terrace with a furnished dining area and pergola, covered with a shade cloth, is much appreciated by holidaymakers. The beautiful pool, constructed in the style of a former irrigation basin, is provided with four wide entry steps to get into the water, and the splashing of the waterfall promises you soothing siesta hours.

The entrance is at the back of the villa. A hallway with separate toilet leads to the kitchen or dining/living space with satellite TV, Netflix, Hifi and wifi via fibre optic. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and adjoining shower room with hydromassage, a bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with double bed. A bathroom and a WC, both separate, complete the facilities. Additionally, a 140 cm wide sofa bed is available in the living room. During the renovation, the owner has taken care to use traditional materials, e.g. the interior painted plaster as formerly used, as well as the terracotta floor tiles. But his main concern was to ensure the comfort of the guest and that he feels at home.
