You are in a rural setting on a 2300 m2 fenced plot, where you can enjoy the pool area, which is also enclosed. In addition to the attractive, beautiful swimming pool, there is a fully equipped pool house where you can have your meals and where you'll have at your disposal a shower and a toilet. The two terraces near the pool are very favoured if you want to spend a lot of time outdoors, as they are partially protected from the sun. And for fun and games, the boules track is available, promising lively evenings.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and the also air-conditioned dining room with American kitchen. Upstairs you have two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a separate WC.
