Our opinion : An impeccable house, highly comfortable, located in the calm in one of the liveliest and most charming, small Provencal towns. And all of this at a good price.

From the large lounge, you arrive at the covered terrace, with its table and chairs, as well as a gas Weber barbecue. The garden is tended to, with plants which are typical of Provence. Your privacy is well preserved here. The 1200m² plot of land is fully enclosed and has a carpark for 4 cars. The above-ground swimming pool at the bottom of the garden is secured and heated by heat-pump, which is a great benefit in the mid-season. All around, you have a sun-drenched terrace with deckchairs and sunbeds. Enjoy relaxing sunbathing in this pretty garden followed by a little refreshing swim in the pool.

The villa, with 100m² of living space, on one floor, distinguishes itself by modern and comfortable furniture and outfitting. The layout of rooms is well-thought-out, with a large, air-conditioned lounge/diner with a chimney, which is used in the winter months, and a table which seats 6 people, a fitted kitchen, which is very well-equipped, a bit set back from the lounge, three bedrooms, one of which with a large double bed, a dresser, adjoining shower room with toilet and the two other rooms each have a double bed, and share a bathroom with corner bath and a toilet. One of the bedrooms has an additional single bed. The lounge is equipped with a large flat-screen, satellite TV, DVD and radio/CD player. For wine connoisseurs, a refrigerated cabinet is made available.
