The house is located 12 mi. from Saint Tropez and Pampelonne beaches, Le Lavandou and the Maures Mountains and within easy reach to fully enjoy the beaches and idyllic coves or go in for many local animations, from Heritage Discovery to various sports activities offered by the sea and nature.

The site, with a Mediterranean garden, is steep and on several levels. From an area where you can park your cars, you can walk down stairs that give you access to a large terrace alongside the house. On this terrace are two independent tables for meals: one in the shade, near the barbecue set and plancha and the other on the front of the house, facing the beautiful view on the sea and Cavalaire. From the terrace, further stairs lead to a large gravel area where loungers are for you to relax in. If you are looking for a cool place, there is also a small covered terrace (in front of one of the bedrooms). The garden extends on a lower level planted with trees and other greenery.

This is a three-storeyed house. You'll enter through the ground floor which leads you to the living-dining room with fireplace, opening onto the terrace with a beautiful view on the sea and Cavalaire. A kitchen and reception toilet are also to be found on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with WC. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with double beds, and French doors opening onto the terrace. On this floor is also a shower room with WC, a storeroom and at the foot of the stairs one extra single bed. Note that each staircase is secured by a safety rod for young children.
