Opposite the sea, a 250 m2 terrace with a Jacuzzi and a spacious sitting area, comfortably furnished, offers you relaxing moments thanks to the breath-taking view, which you will never tire of admiring. The villa has a beautiful long swimming pool with an area sheltered from the sun in which you can cool down while facing the sea. The terrace has direct access to the beach which is just below the villa. The whole of the grounds are enclosed and there is possible parking for 3 cars in front of the property.

The entrance to this single story villa is through the very functional and well-equipped kitchen, which will delight amateur chefs. Next you find the lounge/dining room with an unobstructed view of the sea and hills. On the right, you will find three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one with a large 200cm bed. There is also a bathroom on the right hand side of the house, and a separate WC. Access to the fourth bedroom is from outside the house.
