The property is reached along a road that leads through vineyards and olive groves. The three independent parts of the property stand on a plot of 5,000 m2 and a swimming pool with a shower and WC in the pool house beneath the dovecote. A corner staircase gives access to the water and a large children's beach is appreciated.There is an unobstructed view of the villages of La Cadière-d'Azur and Le Castellet. Here, you can enjoy perfect peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The adjoining house is entered via the kitchen, which righthand connects with a dining room that has a mezzanine acting as an area in which to relax. Aside the kitchen, you will find the laundry room with WC. To the left, the lounge contains the staircase leading to the sleeping quarters, which consist of three bedrooms. One has a large double bed with an integrated shower room, the second has two single beds, and the third has a large double bed. The latter two bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate.
The former dovecote is a bedroom with a double bed , proposing the shower room with WC of the pool house which is set underneath passing through the outside.
