Note5/6Par Le Beau Chêne 17P. - 0411-01-01Aufenthalt gut bis sehr gut, Betreuung durch Frau Apothéloz sehr gut. Wir waren eine Gruppe von vier Familien mit 16 Personen und hatten alle drei Unterkünfte gemietet. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Häuser sind in neuwertigem Zustand mit zwei hochwertigen Küchen und ausreichend Platz für 16 oder mehr Personen. Sämtliche Technik funktionierte, Pool, Bäder, Wildschweinschutzzaun, gute Ausstattung (mit Planchagrill).
Sehr schöne Umgebung, Haus etwas schwierig zu finden, Zufahrt Feldweg.
Schöner Pool mit Liegen, Taubenhaus für Jugendliche der Hit.
Einziges Manko, das kleinere Haus hat ein Problem bei der Kanalentlüftung.
Ansonsten immer empfehlenswert, wir überlegen auch nächstes Jahr zu buchen.

Maison très propre, et fonctionnelle, surtout pour un grand groupe d'amis, certains avec enfants; d'autres sans enfants.
La structure des maisons + du terrain qui fait une cour avec la piscine est très agréable, et vraiment adaptée à des grands groupes.
L'emplacement est top, nous avons été séduits.

Quelques points d'amélioration :
-manque de certains équipements dans la cuisine (gros plats à gratins, à tarte... pour des groupes nombreux)
-pas de verres à vins (indispensable à mon sens)
-Machine à glaçon serait bienvenue (même si je sais que ce n'est pas indispensable)
-L'agence, vous avez été super, réactifs, et aucuns soucis à tous niveaux Avec vous durant tout le process de réservation.
-Le jour du départ, les équipes de ménage sont arrivées à 8h30, alors qu'elles nous avaient informées d'une arrivée à 10h... pas très grave, mais pas très agréable, lorsqu'on est en train de préparer nos affaires pour que tout soit nickel à 10h, et que ça chamboule un peu tout

Ce sont des points d'améliorations évidemment, nous avons vraiment été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous recommandons fortement la location de cette maison et de vos services.

Manque peut-être quelques rideaux dans les chambres pour moins de luminosité.
La dame de l'accueil est très agréable et à l'écoute.
Petit bémol sur la piscine dont le rideau électrique pour la fermeture ne fonctionnait pas et l'entretien de celle-ci n'était pas faite ni la tonte du jardin à notre arrivée.
Dans l'ensemble nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour dans cette maison et nous la recommandons.

COMMENTAIRE PVS : Le trèfle décoratif des volets va être fermé par une glissière. Le volet piscine a été réparé dès que possible. Le pisciniste passe habituellement le vendredi matin toutefois, il peut arriver des impondérables comme la règlementation de la circulation lors du Grand Prix de F1 qui l'empêchait d'accéder à la maison. Le jardinier tond quand le besoin s'en fait sentir et ne passe pas de façon régulière. Mais sachez que nous n'avons jamais eu de remarque négative sur l'entretien de cette propriété.
Note5/6Par Le Beau Chêne 17P. - 0411-01-01Schönes Haus, großes Anwesen, wir waren mit der Großfamilie da und hatten alle genügend Platz. die Woche war sehr schön der Wind etwas frisch da kann das Haus nichts dafür. Die Verwalterin war etwas fahrig, da wir die ersten Gäste der Saison waren, war noch nicht alles gut hergerichtet, vor allem im Außenbereich.

Note5/6Par Le Beau Chêne 17P. - 0411-01-01The house was so beautiful! It was clean and very well appointed with everything we could need for self catering. The pool was great with many toys to make use of. The table tennis and table football were welcome additions for the children (and adults!). While the house keeper had very little English, she was welcoming and friendly and quick to respond when we had a query.
The location is lovely. Hard to find in the dark as it’s at the end private road, but beautiful in that it’s surrounded on all sides by vine fields. It is close to a lovely town with lots too of shops and restaurants to explore. We had a wonderful time!

The property is reached along a road that leads through vineyards and olive groves. The three independent parts of the property stand on a plot of 5,000 m2 and a swimming pool with a shower and WC in the pool house beneath the dovecote. Entry to the farmhouse is via the kitchen, which connects with the lounge/dining room. From this large living area, there is access to the terrace, which looks out onto the garden by the swimming pool. The ground floor also has a shower room with WC. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. One bedroom, with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC, contains a mezzanine with a single bed. The second bedroom has a large double bed, the third has three single beds, and the fourth has a large double bed. These three bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate.
The adjoining house is entered via the kitchen, which righthand connects with a dining room that has a mezzanine acting as an area in which to relax. Aside the kitchen, you will find the laundry with a WC. To the left, the lounge contains the staircase leading to the sleeping quarters, which consist of three bedrooms. One has a large double bed with an integrated shower room, the second has two single beds, and the third has a large double bed. The latter two bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate.
The former dovecote is a bedroom with a double bed proposing the shower room with WC of the pool house which is set underneath passing through the outside.
